Located in the heart of Le Muy, between the Maures and Estérel mountains, our house is the perfect base to explore the Var countryside and the Mediterranean coast. Blending vintage finds with Moroccan riad inspiration, the house offers comfortable spaces designed for families and friends. It features a fully equipped kitchen/dining area, a spacious living room with fireplace and TV, three suites with private bathrooms, and a children’s bedroom. Outdoors, enjoy a 300 m² garden-patio designed as a Mediterranean haven: riad-style pool, outdoor kitchen with plancha, sun loungers, and several shaded relaxation areas. Palm, orange, lemon, bougainvillea, and a large magnolia create a fresh, peaceful atmosphere, ideal for relaxing and enjoying long summer evenings. The terrace, shaded by an old vine planted in 1998 from a family cutting, offers natural shade and pleasant coolness all day. In season, you can pick grapes directly from the terrace. A place to slow down, share, and simply enjoy. Location: shops and Le Muy market within walking distance, nearby villages (Fayence, Bargemon), beaches of Fréjus, Saint-Raphaël, Sainte-Maxime, and Saint-Tropez 20–30 minutes away. Rivers and hiking trails nearby. Services on request: themed dinners (aïoli, fish soup, bouillabaisse, couscous, tagines, paella, homemade pizza) available for an additional fee. Mid-stay cleaning available on request, for an additional fee. Included service: garden and pool maintenance included for stays of 7 nights or more. Whether sunbathing, relaxing in shaded lounges, or enjoying the pool with its riad-like feel, you can find your own pace—read under palm trees, share a drink, cool off, or simply enjoy the peace and birdsong. To enhance your stay, a table d’hôtes is available on request for lunch or dinner. The entirely homemade cuisine features fresh, local, and seasonal products inspired by Provençal specialties.
