Blending vintage finds with Moroccan riad inspiration, the house offers comfortable spaces designed for families and friends. It features a fully equipped kitchen/dining area, a spacious living room with fireplace and TV, three suites with private bathrooms, and a children’s bedroom. Outdoors, enjoy a 300 m² garden-patio designed as a Mediterranean haven: riad-style pool, outdoor kitchen with plancha, sun loungers, and several shaded relaxation areas. Palm, orange, lemon, bougainvillea, and a large magnolia create a fresh, peaceful atmosphere, ideal for relaxing and enjoying long summer evenings. The terrace, shaded by an old vine planted in 1998 from a family cutting, offers natural shade and pleasant coolness all day. In season, you can pick grapes directly from the terrace. A place to slow down, share, and simply enjoy. Location: shops and Le Muy market within walking distance, nearby villages (Fayence, Bargemon), beaches of Fréjus, Saint-Raphaël, Sainte-Maxime, and Saint-Tropez 20–30 minutes away.
